50W–200W Small Monocrystalline Solar Panels

Small-format monocrystalline solar panels available in 50W, 100W, 150W and 200W configurations for small off-grid systems, solar lighting, battery charging, monitoring equipment and other low-power applications.

New and unused modules are sourced according to the required wattage, dimensions, electrical parameters, quantity and destination-market requirements.

Product Overview

These 50W–200W monocrystalline solar panels are intended for applications where a compact PV module is more practical than a standard high-power residential or commercial panel.

Available wattage options include 50W, 100W, 150W and 200W. Their smaller physical size makes them suitable for systems with limited installation space, lower energy demand or dedicated DC loads.

Typical applications include:

  • small off-grid power systems
  • solar street and garden lighting
  • battery charging
  • CCTV and monitoring equipment
  • communication equipment
  • small pumps and DC devices
  • access-control systems
  • remote and rural installations
  • replacement of existing small-format modules

JXNUO sources new, unused solar panels only for normal procurement projects.

For buyers who use the commercial term “Grade A”, the practical requirement should be confirmed through module condition, electrical output, appearance, test data and agreed inspection criteria rather than relying on the term alone.

What Buyers Usually Need to Confirm

Before quotation or supplier matching, buyers normally need to confirm:

  • required wattage: 50W, 100W, 150W or 200W
  • required quantity
  • intended application
  • battery or system voltage
  • available installation space
  • required panel dimensions or dimensional limits
  • destination country
  • required certifications or technical documents
  • installation environment
  • packing and shipment requirements
  • any special frame, connector or OEM requirements

For a replacement project, it is useful to provide the existing panel label, dimensions, Voc, Vmp, Isc and Imp.

The rated wattage alone is not enough to determine whether a panel is electrically compatible with an existing system.

Module dimensions and electrical parameters can vary with cell layout and production configuration. Final Voc, Vmp, Isc, Imp, efficiency and mechanical drawings should be confirmed before ordering.

Electrical Matching & Module Quality

Selecting a small solar panel by wattage alone can lead to compatibility problems.

For an existing system, buyers should also compare:

  • operating voltage
  • open-circuit voltage
  • operating current
  • short-circuit current
  • battery voltage
  • charge-controller input range
  • available installation dimensions

A 100W panel from one supplier is not automatically a direct replacement for every other 100W panel.

For new-module procurement, buyers may also specify requirements commonly described in the trade as Grade A. Rather than relying on the label itself, quality can be checked through agreed criteria such as:

  • new and unused module condition
  • consistent cell appearance
  • no visible cracked cells
  • no broken glass or frame deformation
  • electrical output within agreed tolerance
  • flash-test data where required
  • EL test records where required
  • clear product labels and serial numbers

This makes the quality requirement easier to verify during production and inspection.

Testing & Pre-Shipment Inspection

For solar panels, visual appearance alone is not enough to confirm that the supplied modules match the approved order.

Depending on the project scope, JXNUO can help coordinate checks for:

  • model and wattage
  • panel dimensions
  • glass, frame and backsheet condition
  • visible cell defects
  • junction-box configuration
  • labels and serial numbers
  • flash-test data, where required
  • EL test records or sampling, where required
  • packing and pallet condition
  • quantity and shipping marks
  • required technical and certification documents

For larger orders, the inspection scope should be agreed before production so the supplier can prepare the necessary test records and documentation.
