Product Overview
These 550W–730W high-power mono half-cell solar panels are intended for projects where module output, system efficiency and installation density are more important than compact panel size.
Current high-power module platforms include TOPCon and HJT technologies, with monofacial and bifacial options available depending on the selected wattage and system design.
Typical applications include:
- commercial and industrial rooftops
- solar carports
- ground-mounted PV systems
- agricultural solar projects
- larger off-grid and hybrid systems
- utility-scale solar installations
- containerized project procurement
Higher wattage does not automatically mean a better system design. Module dimensions, current, voltage, inverter compatibility, roof or structure limitations, bifacial conditions and logistics should all be considered together.
JXNUO sources new, unused solar modules according to the required wattage, technical platform, destination market and project quantity.
What Buyers Usually Need to Confirm
Before quotation or supplier matching, buyers normally need to confirm:
- target module wattage or acceptable power range
- total system capacity or required module quantity
- project type: rooftop, ground-mounted, off-grid or utility
- monofacial or bifacial requirement
- TOPCon, HJT or other preferred cell technology
- single-glass or double-glass construction
- available installation dimensions and structural limits
- inverter model and MPPT voltage/current range
- target system voltage and string design
- destination country
- required certifications and technical documentation
- pallet, container and delivery requirements
For existing PV projects or module replacement, the current module datasheet and inverter model are especially useful.

Module Technology & Project Matching
High-power solar panels are available across several technical platforms, and wattage alone should not determine the final choice.
TOPCon modules are widely used in current commercial and utility PV projects and are available across a broad high-power range. HJT modules may be considered where buyers are evaluating factors such as temperature coefficient, bifacial performance and high module efficiency.
For bifacial modules, rear-side energy contribution depends on the mounting height, ground reflectivity, row spacing and project layout. A bifacial module should therefore be evaluated as part of the complete system rather than only by its front-side rated power.
For higher-wattage modules, buyers should also check:
- module dimensions and weight
- handling and installation access
- roof or structure loading
- string voltage
- module operating current
- inverter MPPT current limits
- mounting clamp zones
- pallet and container logistics
The highest-wattage panel is not automatically the best choice for every project.
Testing & Pre-Shipment Inspection
For bulk solar panel orders, inspection should cover both the module condition and the approved technical configuration.
Depending on the project scope, JXNUO can help coordinate checks for:
- model and rated wattage
- module dimensions and construction
- glass, frame and backsheet condition
- visible cell defects
- junction box and cable configuration
- product labels and serial numbers
- flash-test records
- EL test records or sampling, where required
- approved BOM or component configuration, where required
- pallet packing and protection
- quantity and shipping marks
- technical documents and certification files
For larger project orders, the inspection scope and required test records should be agreed before production or shipment.
Related Solar System Components
High-power PV modules are often sourced as part of a complete solar or energy-storage system.
Depending on the project, JXNUO can also help source Solar Inverters, Solar Batteries and complete Solar Power Systems.
The module, inverter and battery configuration should be matched according to the project voltage, load profile, storage requirement and operating conditions.
